Violaine et Jérémy is an illustration and graphic arts studio currently based in Paris, France.
Parisian institution from 1876, Le Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord asked the duo to conceive an all new identity to follow the new season’s programme. This year, the concept of Colour was the general theme so they used different mediums to create a chromatic scale such as pigments, splashed ink and dripping watercolor, paying homage to Paris’ top painters. They were also asked to design the title fonts, so they conceived Nord (bold) and Sud (regular).

Quest’anno, il tema generale è il Colore, così i due hanno utilizzato media diversi per creare una scala cromatica come pigmenti, schizzi di inchiostro e acquerelli sgocciolanti, rendendo omaggio ai più grandi pittori parigini E’ stato loro chiesto anche di disegnare un font, così hanno creato Nord (grassetto) e Sud (regular).
