David Bailey // Stardust @ PAC, Milan

The journey through photography exhibitions around Italy keeps on going. This time we suggest you David Bailey, on display at PAC in Milan till June 2, with Stardust, curated by Bailey itself and London National Portrait Gallery, in partnership with Tod’s and ICON magazine.
300 photos among the most famous black and white portraits and other unpublished ones, are displayed to recount the 50 years career of the London artist. Conceived with a thematic order, the exhibition offers a general view on every field Bailey skillfully stood out, from fashion photography to still lifes, through travel photography.

// Continua la rassegna di mostre fotografiche in Italia. Questa volta si tratta di David Bailey, in mostra al PAC di Milano fino al 2 Giugno con Stardust, curata dall’artista stesso e dalla National Portrait Gallery di Londra, realizzata in collaborazione con Tod’s e il magazine ICON.
Esposti 300 scatti tra i più famosi ritratti in bianco e nero e altri inediti che ritraggono i cinquant’anni di carriera dell’artista londinese. Organizzata per temi la mostra propone una visione generale su tutti i campi in cui Bailey si è magistralmente cimentato, dalla fashion photography agli still life, passando dalla fotografia di viaggio.
