Power Strip Garden (I love the seeds shooting into the power strip!)

Food stylist and creative director Anna Keville Joyce conceived a conceptual photo project in collaboration with Lucas Zarebinski (photographer) in which she turned food into energy sources. The project called ENERGY! plays on the general concepts of energy, humorously connecting electrical energy and food energy. This way the lemons become lightbulbs, egg yolks act like electric outlets and herbs grow out of a power strip.

Il progetto chiamato ENERGY! gioca sul concetto generale dell’energia, mettendo in relazione in modo divertente l’energia elettrica con l’energia del cibo. In questo modo i limoni sono diventati lampadine, i tuorli d’uovo si comportano da prese elettriche e le erbe aromatiche crescono dalle multiprese.
