Founded by architect Roberto Baciocchi, Baciocchi Associati realizes international-scale projects, including experimentation and continuous research, respect for tradition and reinterpretation of the classical standards of beauty, innovation and creative passion, made in Italy. The firm has been specializing in architectural and interior design projects, restorations and furnishing design, all of these led by a total philosophy: the pursuit of quality and personality, in all of their hues, as a universal and culturally recognized value.

A new way of conceiving architecture, of creating new emotions rejecting any obviousness, in a constant search for unexplored but coherent paths and in a real reinterpretation of the traditional criteria at the core of shapes and matters, playing between elementary geometries and careful constructions.

G&B – Courmayeur
An elegant facade with a glass door and brass casements welcomes visitors into an initial space dominated by the rich green of veined stone on the floor, and the bleu canard of the wall panelling.
Glass and brass, the leitmotif of the project, are also seen in the display fixtures and the table at the centre of the room, placed on a pony hair rug in a lively shade of yellow, below a striking brass chandelier.

SO – Milano
A dynamic project for SO Milano where design and communication move in symbiosis in the space, to offer visitors a unique, always different experience. All the elements in the large setting have been conceived and designed to present the brand’s collections, displayed on a rotating schedule.

To respond to the client’s requirements, the design approach makes image and function work together to refine every detail and facilitate all routine operations. The atmosphere is retrofuturist, but also extremely sophisticated.

The project starts with the facade, an elegant example of Milanese architecture, on which iridescent metal spheres have been placed, engraved with the logo of the boutique. At night the spheres light up the architecture in a striking and evocative way.
The large spheres form a rigorous array in the space of over 300 square metres, in an environment that relies on a sophisticated dialogue between shades of green and grey, on floors and walls lit by minimal lamps.

Écorce collection
For Nero gallery, Baciocchi designed Écorce collection: three vases of different shapes and sizes, a ground and ceiling lamp, manufactured in bronze with the lost wax casting technique by Fonderia Artistica Battaglia. The gnarled texture of the trees is proposed and enhanced by the bronze down to the minutest details, obtaining strength and materic character.

MIRROR ROOM – Nilufar Depot
Roberto Baciocchi has designed inside Nilufar Depot a cubic architecture, which contains a precious and elegant dining room. The colour is the common thread that characterises all the elements of the room, which is accessed through a brass-finished portal.

The walls are fully covered with antique mirrors of different shapes and sizes, which reflect the light in an evocative kaleidoscopic effect.
Form and content, interior and exterior blend perfectly together. Architecture meets interior design in a harmonious conversation. With his contemporary and classic style, Mr Baciocchi has transformed the idea of a dining room into a unique vision.

Un’elegante facciata con porta in cristallo e profili in ottone accoglie il cliente in un primo ambiente in cui domina la scena il verde ricco di venature della pietra che ricopre il pavimento e il color canard della boiserie a parete.
Il cristallo e l’ottone, fil rouge del progetto, caratterizzano gli espositori e il tavolo al centro della stanza, poggiato su un tappeto di cavallino di un vivace color giallo, e sormontato da un importante lampadario di ottone.

Écorce collection
Per la galleria Nero, Baciocchi disegna la collezione Écorce, realizzata da Fonderia Artistica Battagli. Tre vasi di differenti forme e misure, una lampada in versione da terra e sospesa, realizzati in bronzo con la tecnica della fusione a cera persa. La collezione prende ispirazione dalla superficie naturalmente scultorea della corteccia dei pini, che si fa materia nei progetti dell’Architetto. La texture nodosa degli alberi viene riproposta in bronzo nei minimi dettagli, esaltandone forza e matericità.

MIRROR ROOM Nilufar Depot
Una stanza cubica al cui interno si trova una preziosa ed elegante sala da pranzo: il colore è il fil rouge che caratterizza tutti gli elementi della stanza, a cui si accede attraverso un portale con finitura in ottone.
Le pareti sono interamente rivestite da specchi antichi, differenti per forma e dimensione, che riflettono la luce in un suggestivo effetto caleidoscopico.
Forma e contenuto, esterno ed interno si sposano perfettamente: l’architettura dialoga armoniosamente con il progetto di interior, dove il disegno dell’architetto conversa con importanti pezzi di design storico. L’architetto Baciocchi, con attitudine insieme contemporanea e classica, trasforma così la concezione di una sala da pranzo in una visione unica.

SO – Milano
Baciocchi Associati ha sviluppato per SO Milano un progetto dinamico dove design e comunicazione si muovono in simbiosi nello spazio per offrire al visitatore una esperienza unica e ogni volta diversa. Tutti gli elementi del grande ambiente sono stati pensati e disegnati per ospitare le collezioni dei brand che vivranno a rotazione questo spazio.
Per soddisfare le richieste della committenza è stato privilegiato un approccio progettuale dove estetica e funzionalità hanno lavorato insieme per rendere unico ogni dettaglio e facilitare le operazioni di routine. L’atmosfera è retrofuturista ma estremamente sofisticata.
Il progetto inizia dalla facciata, una elegante architettura milanese sulla quale sono state impresse sfere di metallo cangiante con inciso il logo della boutique. La notte le sfere illuminano l’architettura in modo rigoroso e suggestivo.
Le grandi sfere si dispongono con rigore sulla superficie di oltre 300 mq in un ambiente caratterizzato da un sofisticato dialogo tra sfumature di verde e grigio, su pavimenti e pareti illuminati da lampade minimali.
I banchi in alluminio, dai profili squadrati ed essenziali, e l’importante banco cassa, in alluminio e balze in specchio, sono perfetti esempi di design contemporaneo dal sapore retrofuturista, reso ancora più marcato da un monitor a nastro.
