When we found out Nendo was receiving the Designer of the year Prize at the winter edition of Maison&Objet..well..no surprise for us.
Oki Sato and the team behind Nendo are what you can call actual ‘full scale designers’ (does the quote “from the spoon to the city” ring a bell?).
These past few years they took over the whole design world with their projects covering stationery till architecture, shifting from animated commercial to emotional installation.
For this occasion, Sato conceived a special lounge, presented at the Parisian fair from opening on January 23th to 27th. Experience the multi-sensorial Chocolatexture lounge by Nendo through the pictures below.

Oki Sato e tutto il team dello studio Nendo corrispondono a quello che possiamo chiamare designer a tutto tondo (vi ricorda qualcosa la frase “dal cucchiaio alla città?”).
In questi anni abbiamo assistito alla loro conquista del mondo del design a colpi di progetti che spaziano dalla cancelleria all’architettura, passando dagli spot animati alle istallazioni emozionali.
