In K-Ration (litterally daily combat food ration) exhibition, Compasso d’oro award winning designer Giulio Iacchetti selected 20 case studies from all over the world to show us differencies on how each country deals with the subject, the meal for a soldier in action.
With the world expo on its way, the exhibition is not about the “glamour” of food design, it is instead an insight on the essentials of a not so popular design which is all about paying attention to the strict binomial of form (minimal) and function (energetic and caloric efficiency).
